PC TV 4 ME Review

PCTV4Me seems to be one of the worst internet television offers available.  You MUST download a client.  Normally on its own that doesn't have to be a horrible thing, but it is something you should be wary of.  Also ther online tv selection only consists of  "Hundreds" of channels.  What does "hundreds" mean?  Well this online TV software seller does not say what that means.  Is it 100?  300?  900?  Are these real channels or simply free internet only channels or even just webcasts?

Don't be fooled by the "Test Drive" option on the site.  If you look in their glossary at the bottom of the page, it details that a test drive only allows you to install the software and look at their TV guide.  You can not get any actual video or channels unless you pay and activate the software.  Not they said "Test Drive" and avoided mentioning "Trial" any where on the site.

Don't expect a refund with PCTV4Me.  While looking at the site, under their payment and refund section there is NOTHING listed about refunds.  Instead this shady online tv seller goes into detail of how to buy the software with a money order or personal check.  Personal checks and money orders don't offer the same level of protection as credit cards.  Secondly if you pay with a personal check they get more than just your check, they get your bank account number and home address.

Expect possible Spy/Ad-Ware.  This site seems too shady so don't be suprised if there is spyware or more malevolent programs that get installed along side the normal software.
