Skype Cable TV

In an effort to battle back against Online TV, Comcast has decided to steal something from the computer world for a change.  What is it stealing?  The answer is SKYPE!

This also means that the Comcast iPad app will be getting skype builtin!

Comcast is beginning trials now so there’s no date given on when you will be able to Skype your friends and family.  Dishcheck talks a lot about “Online TV” but adding Skype to Comcast and Comcast’s apps blurs the line of computers, cable and Online TV.

Someday soon you won’t be able to tell the difference between TV, Cellphones and computers.
